6. Is there a reason the building was created or the history of the building itself? They were intended as a vacation resort in a part of the northern coast adjacent to Danshui, and were marketed towards U.S. military officers coming from their East Asian postings.
7. Why did you pick this building?
Because of it's interesting structure, how it looks form the future.

6. Is there a reason the building was created or the history of the building itself? A young couple with two children who after living in a conventional home wanted to change to one integrated to nature.

The administration's goal was to diversify the city's economic base by building upon its traditional shipbuilding and heavy manufacturing industries. A museum of modern and contemporary art was conceived as a major element of this plan.

I chose this building because of the way it is designed. I also like the location.
